Annual Maintenance Services:
These services are particularly applicable for our products. The following services will be provided to the annual maintenance subscription to our products:
- Software Update Patches : Software update patches including software bug fixes etc for the same version;
- Help Desk Support : Help desk Support is provided on installation, operation and maintenance of the software for up to five hours each year. This is applicable for licenses up to two. For more licenses we customize the help desk support based on user needs. Please contact us for more information if you have purchased more than 2 licenses of our products.
Support Services : These services include customized services including training at a discounted rate.

Technical Support Services:
These services include specialized development or enhancement of our products to meet user needs. We also offer services on products supplied by other vendors. The costs for these services are dependent on the services to be provided.
